Ten government employees face allegations of neglect in relation to the National Census 2027, as stated by the police on Monday.
The complaint, filed by Census Officer Rajesh Yadav, led to two FIRs under Section 11 of the Census Act, 1948, at Gurugram police station.
Yadav accused the enumerators of failing to gather data and not using the house listing operation app, despite multiple warnings. Training sessions were also reportedly skipped by the accused. An investigation is underway.
