The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has advanced its legal proceedings by submitting a second chargesheet in the TCS case involving sexual harassment and forced conversion allegations in Nashik. This document, filed in a local court, pertains to eight separate FIRs related to the issue.

The charges were levied against several individuals, including Raza Rafiq Memon and others, as per reports. Previously, in May, a substantial chargesheet involving similar charges was filed against different accused parties. The SIT's formation followed accusations by women employees about coercion, religious pressure, and harassment at the workplace.

Investigations reveal that the accused used online platforms like WhatsApp to push religious practices on employees, who alleged coercion in dietary and religious habits. The police have also interrogated several involved individuals during the course of their ongoing investigations.

Responding to these serious allegations, TCS stated its strict no-tolerance approach towards any form of harassment, confirming that implicated employees have been suspended.
