A high school principal in Kerala has been suspended following accusations of posting inappropriate material on social media targeting Chief Minister V D Satheesan. The decision to suspend him comes just days before his retirement, scheduled for May 31.

Javad S, the principal of Government Model Boys' Higher Secondary School in Attingal, allegedly distributed edited images and derogatory comments, leading to claims of creating societal unrest and political division among students and faculty. The action was taken based on recommendations from the state's intelligence service, citing a breach of conduct as a public servant.
