New Navy Chief Swaminathan Prioritizes Operational Readiness

Admiral Krishna Swaminathan has taken over as the 27th Chief of Naval Staff of India, pledging to prioritize the Indian Navy's operational readiness amidst an evolving maritime landscape. Swaminathan succeeded Dinesh Kumar Tripathi, and is keen to maintain high levels of readiness and combat effectiveness to safeguard national interests.
