The Congress party has put a halt on all planned events, including the 'Samvidhan Bachao Rallies,' in a gesture of support for the Indian Armed Forces.
This decision emerged from a Congress Working Committee meeting chaired by Party President Mallikarjun Kharge, with senior leaders such as Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra in attendance.
The pause comes as Indian military forces launched a series of precise strikes on key terror sites in Pakistan without breaching airspace, targeting Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba camps. Congress expressed its support through official communication, emphasizing solidarity during these critical times.
