The Gujarat cabinet on Wednesday offered its congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Indian armed forces for successfully executing 'Operation Sindoor.' This military operation targeted terrorist camps in response to the recent Pahalgam terror attack.
At a cabinet meeting, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel reviewed the Home Ministry's guidelines on mock drills and instructed ministers and secretaries to aid district administrations in implementation, according to an official release.
Armed forces launched precise missile strikes on nine terror targets in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, including the Jaish-e-Mohammad and Lashkar-e-Taiba bases. Following the operation, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri emphasized the need for justice for the Pahalgam attack as Pakistan showed no action against local terror infrastructures.
