The Karnataka BJP is gearing up for a vigorous campaign against the state's Congress government, with the help of Union Home Minister Amit Shah's strategic guidance and suggestions. This initiative was announced by the state BJP President B Y Vijayendra on Friday.
Amit Shah was in the city for the inauguration of Adichunchanagiri University's Bengaluru campus, which included BGS Medical College and Hospital. Speaking to reporters, Vijayendra highlighted a meeting with key BJP figures where they discussed the political landscape and current developments in Karnataka.
Vijayendra accused the Congress government of divisive minority appeasement, contrasting it with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's inclusive vision. He also revealed plans for discussions with JD(S) leader H D Kumaraswamy to ensure cooperation, alongside efforts to resolve internal party discontent for a united front in upcoming elections.
