Prime Minister Narendra Modi vehemently criticized the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) on Friday, accusing them of desecrating the legacy of Babasaheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar. Addressing a rally in Siwan, Bihar, Modi asserted that any disrespect towards the Dalit icon would not be tolerated by the people of Bihar.

During his fifth visit to the state this year, Modi exalted Bihar's significant contribution to India becoming the world's third-largest economy. He cautioned against the RJD-led opposition's alleged efforts to reclaim Bihar's economic resources in the upcoming assembly elections.

Citing the accomplishments of the NDA government, Modi emphasized the significant decline in poverty. He credited Bihar and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for aiding this success and slammed opposition figures for allegedly seeking to return Bihar to 'jungle raj'.
