Mallikarjun Kharge, the national president of Congress, launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accusing him of undermining the opposition and missing crucial all-party meetings following the Pahalgam terror attack.

Kharge underscored the significance of unity in such times while slamming Modi for his absence, which he said reflects a lack of respect for the opposition. Furthermore, he criticized the prime minister for choosing to campaign in Bihar rather than attending the vital meetings, despite being in the country.

In addition to these criticisms, Kharge took aim at Modi's handling of Indo-US trade relations, specifically pointing out the retaliatory taxes imposed by the USA. He also accused the BJP of saffronizing education by incorporating RSS curriculums in educational institutions and highlighted the efforts of the Congress party to implement social justice and welfare initiatives nationwide.
