On Monday, U.S. President Donald Trump approved a presidential permit for South Bow to operate pipeline facilities in Cavalier County, North Dakota, along the U.S.-Canada border.

This new authorization supersedes a presidential permit initially granted in July 2020 during Trump's tenure.

The White House confirmed the revocation of the former permit upon granting the latest permission.
