Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has called for a non-political interpretation over his birthday commendations from opposition leaders. He emphasized the importance of refraining from injecting political bias into messages on auspicious occasions.

The release of a coffee table book featuring messages from NCP (SP) president Sharad Pawar and Shiv Sena (UBT) president Uddhav Thackeray sparked controversy, but Fadnavis insisted on interpreting these gestures with goodwill.

Fadnavis also touched on the 675th anniversary of Bhakti saint Namdeo and the ongoing Pandharpur corridor project, urging people not to drag political figures into controversies unrelated to their primary responsibilities.
