Trump's Approval Rating Hits Second Term Low Amid Economic and Immigration Concerns
President Donald Trump's approval rating fell to 40%, marking the lowest point in his second term. Americans expressed concern over his economic and immigration policies. The Reuters/Ipsos poll highlights significant partisan divides, with high support from Republicans and minimal backing from Democrats.

A recent Reuters/Ipsos poll indicates that U.S. President Donald Trump's approval rating has declined to 40%, the lowest in his second term. This comes amid ongoing concerns among Americans about his economic and immigration policies.
The poll, which surveyed 1,023 adults nationwide with a margin of error of 3 percentage points, reflects a nation deeply divided over Trump's performance. While 83% of Republicans express approval, only 3% of Democrats and about one-third of independents feel the same.
Trump's approval on economic management rose to 38%, a slight increase since mid-July, but Americans remain critical of his administration's aggressive immigration strategies, with a modest uptick in approval to 43% found since the previous poll.
