Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has announced that the state's Cabinet will convene the Monsoon session of the Vidhan Sabha on August 22. The Business Advisory Committee will determine the session's duration, Saini informed during a briefing following the Cabinet meeting.
Saini stressed the government's dedication to empowering the underprivileged through welfare schemes, unlike previous Congress administrations which he accused of favoring the affluent. He underscored the commitment to maintaining law and order, instructing police to act decisively against criminal activities.
The Saini administration faced criticism over worsening law and order. He accused Congress of misinformation and ignoring issues in Congress-ruled states. Saini announced the 'Lado Lakshmi Yojana', aimed at assisting women, signaling its rollout soon. The plan has been sent for approval as part of fulfilling the BJP's electoral promises.
