He promised initiatives like piped drinking water, healthcare camps, and increased financial assistance to erosion-affected families, with a pledge for rehabilitation and stability for residents.
Banerjee also criticized the central government for rising agriculture input costs, promising a robust state agriculture budget and aid for farmers. He warned about political instability affecting tourism, calling for unity against BJP's strategies, and asserting TMC's role in fostering development and safeguarding heritage sites.
