Speaking at a rally in Krishnanagar, Modi asserted that the substantial turnout foreshadows an overwhelming mandate against the ruling TMC.
Lauding the Election Commission for maintaining minimal violence, Modi highlighted the BJP's historical success linked to high voter participation. With reports of sporadic violence, Modi remained optimistic about BJP's victory and promised a celebration on May 4, featuring traditional street snacks like 'jhalmuri'.
