Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has extended his congratulations to Himanta Biswa Sarma on being sworn in once more as the Chief Minister of Assam. Sawant attended the swearing-in ceremony, which marked the beginning of Sarma's second consecutive term and the third BJP-led NDA government in Assam.
