In a dramatic revelation, former Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot claimed that a BJP leader is involved in the NEET paper leak case, sparking a political row. Gehlot identified Dinesh Binwal as the accused, purportedly a BJP functionary, an assertion that the BJP staunchly refutes.
The Special Operation Group (SOG) of Rajasthan Police has been actively investigating the case, detaining over 150 individuals, with more than 20 transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for further questioning. Despite Gehlot's accusations, BJP state vice president Mukesh Dadhich denied Binwal's affiliation with the party.
Amidst the fervor, families of the detained individuals, including Binwal's, insist on their innocence. Tension mounts as questions arise regarding the handling of the investigation and the political implications surrounding it.
