Following AIADMK's internal reconciliation, party leader S P Velumani visited his Thondamuthur constituency to express gratitude to his supporters. He declared allegiance to Edappadi K Palaniswami's leadership, fortifying party unity. Meanwhile, speculation surrounds C Ve Shanmugam, who has yet to clarify his stand within the party.
Rejecting unification gestures, Shanmugam focused on addressing constituents in Mailam. His absence from recent peace talks fuels rift rumors, especially amid talk of Shanmugam and C Vijayabaskar potentially transitioning to the ruling TVK.
