Himachal Pradesh has been experiencing light to moderate rains as the local meteorological department forecasts a wet spell continuing until May 14. Hamirpur recorded the highest rainfall at 26.5 mm, with other regions like Nagrota Suriyan and Rohru also witnessing significant precipitation.

Significant weather changes included gusty winds between 35 and 50 km/h in Tabo, Reckong Peo, Seobagh, and Bajaura. Thunderstorms affected Shimla, Sundernagar, and Kangra. The region's meteorological office issued a yellow alert for thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds, cautioning isolated parts of the state until May 11.

Despite the weather chaos, there was no noticeable change in temperatures. Kukumseri remained the coldest spot at night, with temperatures dropping to 7.3 degree Celsius, while Una hit a high of 35.8 degree Celsius during the day.
