Realty firm VVIP Group has embarked on a significant development, unveiling an Rs 800 crore luxury housing project in Greater Noida, a testament to the region's burgeoning real estate market.
Unveiled recently, the 'VVIP Addresses,' situated in Sector 12, Greater Noida West, aims to cater to the growing luxury housing demand by offering more than 350 premium residential units.
The property, sprawling over 5 acres, sees unit prices range between Rs 3.49 crore and Rs 6 crore. Praveen Tyagi, CMD of VVIP Group, highlighted the regional demand for opulence and comfort in housing as the driving force behind this ambitious venture.
