Brigade Enterprises, a prominent property developer in India, has unveiled its latest residential project in Chennai, aimed at generating a staggering Rs 2,100 crore in revenue. The project, named Brigade Morgan Heights, covers 14.7 acres and is situated along the Sholinganallur-Medavakkam road.
This ambitious development comprises 1,250 residential units and boasts a gross development value of Rs 2,100 crore, according to a regulatory filing by the company on Saturday. The project spans a total development area of 2.2 million square feet and will be executed under a joint development agreement.
Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, emphasized Chennai's importance as a market for the company, aligning the new project with Brigade's vision of delivering quality residential spaces in emerging urban corridors. Established in 1986, Brigade Group has a significant presence in various Indian cities, including Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
