The Andhra Pradesh government has overhauled its building regulations to aid smaller projects. State Minister P Narayana announced that both large and small structures will now enjoy simplified approval processes.
Builders can mortgage 10 percent of the plot for compliance, and the mandatory installation of CCTV cameras will enhance security across residential and commercial edifices.
Additionally, those affected by road widening will benefit from Transferable Development Rights (TDR) bonds, facilitating extra construction without additional permits.
