In a tragic incident, a fire at a chemical factory in Rithala, northwest Delhi, claimed four lives, according to police statements on Wednesday.
The fire erupted on Tuesday evening at the facility in Rohini Sector-5, prompting an urgent response. Sixteen fire tenders were dispatched by the Delhi Fire Services to control the raging flames.
Authorities reported that the blaze was reported around 7.25 pm from a site near the Rithala Metro Station. While four charred bodies have been recovered, search operations continue as officials work to determine the cause.
