Property registrations in the Mumbai municipal area are experiencing a slight decline in June, reaching around 11,600 units, according to a report from Knight Frank India.
Despite the drop, the figure stood at 11,673 units registered during June 2024, highlighting a marginal decrease.
Knight Frank India on Monday indicated that the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) registered 11,586 properties by June 30, reflecting activity in both the primary and secondary market sectors.
