Wall Collapse in Thane Sparks Safety Concerns

An under-construction wall collapsed in the Wagle Estate area of Thane, damaging several vehicles on Wednesday. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.
The wall, which was 95 feet long and 12 feet high, gave way unexpectedly around 11:40 AM near a temple in Ramnagar. Seven two-wheelers and two auto rickshaws parked nearby were damaged as a result.
Yasin Tadvi, the chief of Thane Municipal Corporation's disaster management cell, stated that the wall was being built by a transport company. He added that a complaint has been filed with the relevant department, and further action is awaited.
