Hero Realty Expands in Mohali with Major Land Acquisition
Hero Realty has acquired an 8.71-acre land in Mohali for over Rs 260 crore to expand its real estate projects. The acquisition was through an auction by GMADA, with the company planning extensive developments in the area, including ongoing projects in Mohali and across Delhi-NCR and Punjab.

Hero Realty has reinforced its presence in the real estate market by purchasing an 8.71-acre plot in Mohali for Rs 262.75 crore. The strategically significant acquisition was secured in an auction hosted by the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority, signaling the company's ambitious expansion plans.
According to Rohit Kishore, CEO of Hero Realty, Mohali continues to be a focal point for the company's development initiatives. Existing projects include an expansive 18.5-acre development in Sector 88, which has already seen significant progress with multiple phases of residential units either delivered or underway.
Beyond Mohali, Hero Realty is actively developing over 5.2 million square feet of residential space across major regions including Delhi-NCR and Punjab, additionally marking its completion of over 230 acres of industrial parks and development of 6 million square feet nationwide.
