L&T Secures Major Order for IT Park and Mixed-Use Project

Larsen & Toubro's Buildings & Factories division announced on Friday that it has secured major domestic orders, cementing its position as a leader in large-scale infrastructure projects. Among these is an ambitious IT park in Bengaluru, one of the largest proposed developments in the region, encompassing 5.9 million square feet.
Classified as a 'major' project by L&T, the order's value lies between Rs 5,000 crore and Rs 10,000 crore. The company has chosen not to disclose the identity of the client behind this significant subcontract.
In addition to the IT park, L&T has received a commission for a mixed-use development project in Mumbai, scheduled for completion within 45 months. These developments affirm L&T's proven track record in delivering intricate and large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
