State-owned enterprise NBCC Ltd has successfully auctioned 14 lakh sq ft of commercial space in South Delhi, generating Rs 5,779 crore in funds.
The auction, which featured a super built-up area across 8 towers, received immense interest from international and domestic multinational corporations, corporates, and institutional investors.
The proceeds will be directed towards financing key redevelopment projects, supporting completion timelines, and fulfilling financial commitments set by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
