Weather conditions in Jammu and Kashmir remain largely normal, according to the meteorological department. Srinagar has recorded a maximum temperature of 28.4 degrees Celsius, slightly above average for this period, adding a slight warmth to the region's usual early June climate.

The Indian Meteorological Department anticipates isolated showers across the region over the next three days. A more consistent pattern of rainfall is expected on June 4, bringing widespread rains to the Union Territory. Meanwhile, tourist spots like Gulmarg reported temperatures of 20.2 degrees Celsius, unusually warm by 3.4 degrees. In contrast, Jammu residents are experiencing significantly cooler weather, with temperatures reaching just 30.9 degrees Celsius, much below the normal marks for the season.
