Tamil Nadu to Host Men's Junior Hockey World Cup 2025
Tamil Nadu is set to host the Men’s FIH Hockey Junior World Cup 2025 from November 28 to December 10. Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin unveiled the tournament's official logo. An MoU was signed for organizing the event, with 24 teams competing. Chief Minister M K Stalin sanctioned Rs 65 crore for the event.

Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin has unveiled the official logo for the Men's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup 2025, scheduled to occur between November 28 and December 10 in the state.
A memorandum of understanding was signed with the presence of key officials, including SDAT's Meghanath Reddy and Hockey India's Bhola Nath Singh, to organize the prestigious international tournament, where 24 teams will compete.
Chief Minister M K Stalin approved Rs 65 crore for the event, supporting the endeavor to elevate Tamil Nadu's status as a sports hub. The draw of pools is set for June 24 in Lausanne, Switzerland, with six pools of four teams depicted, hosting India's third event after 2016 and 2021.
