Pablo Barrios Shines in Atlético Madrid's Club World Cup Victory

Pablo Barrios emerged as the star of the night, scoring twice to guide Atlético Madrid to a 3-1 triumph over the Seattle Sounders in the Club World Cup on Thursday.

The opening goal came in the 11th minute, with Giuliano Simeone setting up Barrios perfectly to find the back of the net. Axel Witsel extended Madrid's lead early in the second half after a clever assist from Robin Le Normand.

Despite a determined response from Seattle's Albert Rusnak in the 50th minute, Barrios sealed the win shortly after, restoring Atlético's two-goal advantage.
