India's Ajeetesh Sandhu made a strong start at the Morocco Rising Stars event, finishing the opening day tied at 13th with a bogey-free round of 4-under 68.
Sandhu's performance at the Samanah Golf Club included one birdie on the front nine, followed by three more on the back nine. Meanwhile, eight Indian golfers are participating, with Varanyu Rattanaphiboonkij of Thailand leading the pack after a stellar 9-under 63.
Filipino golfer Aidric Chan follows closely in second place with an 8-under 64, while the third place sees a tie between three competitors at 6-under 66.
