As the gripping Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy series approaches its climactic finale, former Indian cricketer Sarandeep Singh has expressed his confidence in India's chances to secure a win against England in the fifth Test, drawing the series level at 2-2. With the final match slated to start on July 31, all eyes turn to The Oval in London.

Singh criticized England's bowling line-up, describing it as 'very ordinary' and incapable of dismissing the Indian batsmen twice. He remarked on England's precarious position, noting that despite their significant lead of 311 runs in the first innings of the fourth Test, they were unable to overpower India's batting resilience.

Looking at strategic moves, Singh suggested the inclusion of spinner Kuldeep Yadav in the playing XI for the series decider. The dry pitch at The Oval, known to favor spinners, could work to India's advantage. Meanwhile, Singh lauded Jasprit Bumrah's crucial role as India's lead bowler, who has claimed 14 wickets in this series.
