The AGM will confirm previous meeting minutes and elect officials for the 2025-2029 term. Initial plans for a March election were derailed by legal complications, including the resignation of the Returning Officer.
World Boxing had imposed an August 31 deadline for elections, prompting the drafting of a new Electoral College. Member states have been advised to send the names of two representatives by the given Monday deadline.
