Maharashtra's illustrious history in Kabaddi sees it feature prominently in Season 12 of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL). Renowned teams U Mumba and Puneri Paltan, both former champions, continue the state's legacy in this fiercely competitive arena. The much-anticipated clash will take place on September 18 at Jaipur's iconic Sawai Mansingh Indoor Stadium, reviving the intense Maharashtrian rivalry.

The showdown pits U Mumba's celebrated captain Sunil Kumar against Puneri Paltan's star raider, Aslam Inamdar.
