India's men's national football team was defeated 0-2 by Jamaica in the semifinals of the Unity Cup 2026, held at The Valley in London. Jamaica's entrance to the final was cemented by Courtney Clarke's early goal and a late strike by Kaheim Dixon.

The Blue Tigers, facing Zimbabwe for third place, struggled to find their footing. Debutants Noufal PN and Ricky Shabong added a layer of significance to the match. Despite flashes of promise, India couldn't break through Jamaica's defense, eventually conceding a second goal that assured Jamaica's victory.

India showed hints of a comeback post-interval, but Dixon's solo effort in the 78th minute dashed their hopes. The final will feature Jamaica against Nigeria, while India meets Zimbabwe for a chance at third place.
