India celebrated a significant achievement in sports as Suruchi Singh and Esha Singh delivered a stellar one-two finish in the women's 10m air pistol event at the ISSF World Cup 2026 in Munich.

Suruchi Singh clinched the gold medal after displaying remarkable calm and precision, ending with 242.1 points in a gripping elimination round. This victory adds to her illustrious record, marking her seventh ISSF World Cup medal and securing her a spot in December's ISSF World Cup Final in Rome.

Esha Singh secured the silver medal with 241.2 points, closely trailing her compatriot. Earlier this week, she set a world record in the women's 25m pistol category. South Korea's Choo Gaeun took home the bronze. Additionally, Celine Goberville, a former Olympic silver medalist, finished sixth with 158.6 points.
