In a strategic move to foster collaborative innovation, the Quantum Ecosystems Technology Council of India (QETCI) has teamed up with India Global Forum (IGF) to devise a comprehensive India-UK quantum value-chain map. This mapping initiative forms part of a newly inked memorandum of understanding (MoU).

This collaboration is a cornerstone of the UK-India Technology Security Initiative (TSI), a bilateral agreement authorized by India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UK's Keir Starmer. The MoU aims to bridge gaps and pinpoint strengths across diverse sectors, paving the way for effective research, development, and commercialization.

According to Reena Dayal, CEO of QETCI, and UKIFF Director Will Carne, this partnership will expedite the adoption of quantum innovations by systematically mapping policy junctures and connecting vital ecosystems, ultimately culminating in the publication of the 'UK-India Quantum Value-Chain Overview' in the coming year.
