Chennai-based deep tech startup Tvasta Manufacturing Solutions, together with global construction technology company 14Trees, has unveiled 'Cedar', an AI-ready 3D concrete printer, that promises to transform the construction industry.

According to IIT-Madras, this 'Made in India' printer can cut material costs by up to five times compared to conventional systems that rely on expensive mortar.

Tvasta CEO Adithya V S highlighted that Cedar blends advanced robotics with AI, offering a robust system suitable for diverse environments, aiming to lower the cost barrier and scale 3D printing in construction.
