Bharat Forge has announced a 12 percent decline in its profit after tax for the fourth quarter of 2025, bringing the figure down to Rs 345 crore from Rs 390 crore in the same period last year.
The company's revenue from operations also saw a decrease, falling to Rs 2,163 crore compared to Rs 2,329 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. This information comes from a recent regulatory filing.
For the financial year ending March 31, 2025, Bharat Forge's profit after tax was reported at Rs 1,322 crore, down from Rs 1,425 crore in FY24. Despite the decline, the board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 6 per share. On Thursday, shares concluded trading at Rs 1,114, declining by 2.32 percent on the BSE.
