Amid escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India (CREDAI) has stepped forward to offer crucial support. In a letter addressed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the association underscored the capabilities of India's real estate sector in fortifying the nation's infrastructure.
CREDAI President, Shekhar G Patel, emphasized the sector's commitment to national service by leveraging the extensive and skilled workforce of over 13,000 developers across 230 city chapters. The association highlights its readiness to mobilize resources and begin infrastructure projects, including housing and military facilities, especially in conflict-affected regions.
The organization is set to compile a list of member developers, along with trained engineers and workers, ensuring a swift response to government mandates. CREDAI's coordinated efforts aim to provide timely access to essential materials and deliver high-quality infrastructure developments without delay.
