An IndiGo flight bound for Diu from Ahmedabad had to abort take-off at the last minute due to a technical issue, as sources reveal. The aircraft, scheduled to depart at 11:15 am, was halted during the take-off roll when the pilot noticed a technical snag.
According to IndiGo's statement, the technical problem was detected just before take-off on the IndiGo flight 6E7966 on July 23. Following the standard procedure, the pilots informed authorities and returned the aircraft to the bay for maintenance checks, ensuring passenger safety.
IndiGo has committed to accommodating passengers on subsequent flights or offering full refunds if preferred.
