Zepto has announced Sneha Arora as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. With 15 years of industry experience, Arora steps in following the departure of former HR head Martin Dinesh Gomez. Previously, the HR responsibilities were managed by Chief Brand Officer Chandan Mendiratta as Chief Culture Officer.

Zepto, the quick commerce leader, has named Sneha Arora as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately.
Arora, who brings over 15 years of expertise from her stints at companies such as Simpl, Myntra, SAP, and Flipkart, is set to enhance Zepto's HR framework.
This strategic appointment follows a year after the resignation of former HR head, Martin Dinesh Gomez, and interim management by Chief Brand Officer Chandan Mendiratta as Chief Culture Officer.
