Tragedy on Charmadi Ghat: Bus Mishap Shocks Andhra Pradesh Wedding Group

An unfortunate accident in Charmadi Ghat resulted in more than 20 passengers sustaining injuries after a private bus overturned on a sharp bend, according to police reports.

The bus was carrying attendees from Andhra Pradesh who were returning from a wedding held in Dharmasthala. Witnesses say the driver lost control of the vehicle at a curve, leading to the mishap.

Those with serious injuries were swiftly transported to Wenlock District Hospital, while others with minor injuries received treatment at local private hospitals. Prompt rescue efforts were supported by nearby residents, and traffic police from Belthangady have commenced an investigation into the accident.
