Knowledge Realty Trust Reports Robust Q4 Earnings and Steady Growth
Knowledge Realty Trust declared a distribution of Rs 716.6 crore for Q4 FY26, backed by a 14% growth in net operating income. The real estate trust, supported by Sattva Group and Blackstone, announced leasing of 1.1 million sq. ft, taking cumulative leasing for FY26 to 3.5 million sq. ft.
Knowledge Realty Trust, a prominent real estate investment trust sponsored by Sattva Group and Blackstone, announced on Wednesday a substantial distribution of Rs 716.6 crore for the quarter ending March. The company's net operating income surged by 14%, reaching Rs 1,053.3 crore, underpinning strong financial performance.
In a regulatory disclosure, Knowledge Realty Trust detailed that for Q4 FY26, it declared distributions amounting to Rs 7,166 million, equivalent to Rs 1.62 per unit. Since its listing in August 2025, cumulative distributions have amounted to Rs 21,019 million or Rs 4.74 per unit.
The fourth quarter of 2025-26 witnessed gross leasing of 1.1 million square feet, culminating in a total of 3.5 million square feet for FY26, with portfolio occupancy touching 92%. CEO Shirish Godbole highlighted strong operational momentum and growth prospects, while COO Quaiser Parvez noted a 16% revenue increase, driven by expanding marquee tenants.
