Speaking at Nabanna, Adhikari instructed CESC Limited to disconnect power to any factory without approved plans and underscored the need for an immediate demolition of illegal structures.
The factory fire resulted in two fatalities, prompting a sweeping investigation and subsequent arrests, emphasizing government resolve against unlawful constructions.
