Speaking at the 99th annual meet of vice chancellors organized by the Association of Indian Universities at Amity University, Dhankhar highlighted the policy's significance after over three decades of its conceptualization.
Marking 'Balidan Diwas', he paid homage to Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee, emphasizing his pivotal role in integrating Jammu and Kashmir, while reiterating his slogan against Article 370.
