Kerala's political leaders have rallied in support of students who have passed the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examinations. Chief Minister-designate V D Satheesan, along with former Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and ex-General Education Minister V Sivankutty, extended warm congratulations to successful candidates.
Addressing those who did not qualify for higher education, Satheesan emphasized the importance of resilience and reassured that life offers many opportunities. His sentiments were echoed by Vijayan, who expressed his hope for students to seize second chances, particularly through Save a Year (SAY) exams.
Sivankutty praised the near-perfect pass percentage of 99.07, attributing this success to the dedication of students, teachers, and parents. He urged those with low grades to view this as a fresh start and not an ending, advising parents to supportively guide their children without comparisons.
