In light of heightened tensions between India and Pakistan, acclaimed singer Shreya Ghoshal has announced the postponement of her much-anticipated Mumbai concert. Originally scheduled for May 10 at the Jio World Garden in BKC, the concert will now take place at a later date, yet to be announced.
Shreya expressed her heartfelt sentiments on Instagram, writing to her fans, 'This concert means the world to me, and I was looking forward to sharing a powerful evening with all of you. But as an artist and a citizen, I feel a deep responsibility to stand in solidarity with the nation during this time.'
Meanwhile, tensions have soared as the Indian Army successfully repelled multiple drone attacks by the Pakistani military along the Western Border and LoC. Operation Sindoor was also launched in response to a recent attack, further escalating the situation. The Indian Army, along with the Air Force, has effectively utilized the Akash surface-to-air missile system to thwart these threats, affirming their commitment to national security. (ANI)
