The Hyderabad Police have implemented restrictions on drones and other flying objects over specific areas of the city frequented by Miss World 2025 contestants. According to a notification issued by Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, C V Anand, the ban on remotely controlled drones, para-gliders, and micro-light aircraft spans a radius of three kilometres in designated locations for a specific period.

This precautionary measure is aimed at ensuring the safety and security of all individuals involved and mitigating the risk of potential danger or injury. The restrictions apply to several iconic sites, including Charminar, Laad Bazar, Chowmahalla Palace, Khilwat, and Shah-Ali-Banda on May 13; the Telangana Police Integrated Command Control Centre, Telangana Secretariat and Tank Bund on May 18; and the Raj Bhavan on June 2.
